This torch is super handy to have in my hobby room. I use it for melting plastic, shrink wrap, heating seized nuts, and more. Very easy to refill and I find a fill lasts a long time. Handle and trigger are well fitted and make it comfortable to hold and easy to pull the trigger. Flame has a good point to it and its also adjustable in case you just want something small for lighting candles etc. I like having the included trigger lock for when I throw it in the bag for mobile applications.

Great little tool for making creme brulee and torched sushi. I have used it for creme brulee only so far and it works great. It’s small enough to hold comfortably in your hand. It has a little sliding mechanism that controls the flame power and has a little lock which you can attached to keep it from being pressed or used accidentally. There is also a window to see how much fuel is left.
Now as for refilling, it needs a little piece of straw which came with the product and is easy to insert. This uses a butane cannister same one you use for those camping stoves. The instructions were clear on how to refill. It takes some getting used to as the first time I refilled, I didn’t know how quick it was. It only took a few seconds and it started to spill out. So be careful. After knowing this refilling gets easier.
If you love making home made creme brulees, this is very handy as opposed to using the broiler settings in the oven which uses up a lot of energy and time.

Had some trouble filling with butane — fuel was leaking out the stem. Had to wiggle the stem to stop the leak. It lights really and works great for creme brulee!

Purchased in 2022, it’s now 2024 and still like new. Bought multiple and they are all still working like new.
I’ve only had to refill a few times in the years I’ve had these. I bought myself one & loved it, so I bought my dad one, and my mom one, an extra one for around the house, I give them to friends as gifts.
We have wood stoves and these are top choice for lighting them.
Use it for soldering, baking, melting, anything you could need a reliable torch for.
Flame is adjustable.
Does not get air bubbles.
Can take 1-3 clicks to light depending on fuel level but have never had any of these torches fail and the first one, over 2 years old, is still going like day 1.
Dont doubt the purchase. Very good quality and I am in recovery and can tell you I have owned many torches, handhelds like this and pocket size. Hardware store plumbing and soldering torches,…. None of them compare.
Metal build. Weighted bottom. Self lighting everytime without fail for years,
None of the torches I have purchased have lost any self igniting quality. Still ignite like day 1 even with heavy use.

Ottimo cannello 🔥, la fiamma è potente e precisa, perfetta per dolci, creme brulée e anche piccoli lavori fai-da-te 🍮🔧. Si accende facilmente e si regola senza difficoltà. Unico piccolo difetto: il serbatoio non è enorme, quindi va ricaricato spesso ⛽. Nel complesso un ottimo prodotto, consigliato! 👨🍳👏

I’ve been using this reliably for dabbing for about a month, 20-30 seconds will get it more than hot enough. Tank lasts quite a while, probably at least 15 minutes at mid-flame (the flame range seems fairly good, I’ve never owed a little cooking torch before). But -2 stars because the trigger lock became non-functional after the first week or so, and I don’t like to have to hold the trigger down. There is an additional plastic slip on guard to prevent the trigger from being pressed, however, if you are the kind of person who intends to just throw this in a drawer or something. Most children who get hold of it, however, probably won’t take long to figure out (or just get lucky enough) to make it work, even if the push button lock is working and also on.
