Thank you for shopping with SupplyLegion. We want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy explains when and how you can return items and request a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in original condition, unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included (unless the item was received damaged or defective).

  • You must initiate your return within 15 days from the date of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Clearance or final‑sale items

  • Custom or special‑order products

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Items marked as “non‑returnable” on the product page

Any item that is returned used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

2. Non‑returnable items

The following items are generally non‑returnable:

  • Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear

  • Items returned outside the specified return window

  • Products with safety, hygiene, or regulatory restrictions where resale is not possible

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before initiating a return.

3. How to initiate a return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at customercare@supplylegion.com or via our contact form  with your:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

    • Photos or videos of the product and packaging if damaged, defective, or incorrect

  2. Our team will review your request and respond with approval status, instructions, and the return shipping address if applicable.

  3. Do not send items back without an approved return authorization and instructions, as we may not be able to process unapproved returns.

4. Return shipping

Unless otherwise stated:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective or damaged on arrival), we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • If the return is due to change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or incompatibility, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within [X–Y] business days; your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Refunds generally cover the product price only. Original shipping charges are typically non‑refundable, except where the return is due to our error or as required by applicable law.

If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:

  • First check your bank or credit card account again.

  • Then contact your bank or card issuer; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customercare@supplylegion.com.

6. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged item.

  • You received the wrong item compared to what you ordered.

If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us  with your order details and photos, and we will provide next steps. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Incorrect, damaged, or defective items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 15 days if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective, or

  • You receive the wrong product or missing items.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the external packaging

  • Photos or videos showing the damage or defect

  • Photos of the product label or serial number (if applicable)

We will work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

8. Order cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at customercare@supplylegion.com with your order number.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • If the order has already shipped, it may need to be handled as a return under this policy.

9. Special conditions for business/bulk orders 

For bulk, project, or business/wholesale orders, different return terms may apply (for example, limited return windows or additional restocking fees). These terms will be specified in your quote or invoice, or communicated by our sales team.

10. Policy updates

We may update this Refund and Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date and will apply to purchases made after that date.
