We’ve been using this screw driver for small jobs around the house for a few projects; replacing a door knob, replacing an electrical outlet, removing a door hinge etc. It’s not a power monster, you will not screw lag bolts with this type of screw driver, but for day to day tasks it is amazing. The battery seems to last a long time. Mine came in fully charged and I did not have to charge it once so far. still shows 3 green (fully charged).

Excellent little tool and it’s ideal when removing glove boxes and all the bits in the kit are perfect for dashboard jobs and so far the battery has lasted well so it’s definitely worth the money

Very good, very solid the power button is not that well placed but its not sensitive like the other brands on amazon, that you barely touch it and it starts to work when you dont want it to. Skil is usually a decent brand

bought this to assemble a big exercise wheel for my kitty. it saved the project and my hands (arthritis). it has good weight and is easy to hold, rubber casing did not slip through my hands. simple forward/backward power switch. excellent storage box with all drill bits clearly displayed. good instruction booklet. simple to charge and it held power well throughout the project. so nimble and easy to move the drill around here to there and all around and back again without a lot of awkward wrist angles. light at the front is a nice touch. so quiet it did not alarm my kitty who sat alongside the entire project. exactly what I bought it for – a slim little workhorse to make home projects easier. this would be a handsome gift for a good friend. highly recommended.

I’m an experienced joiner and used to build sets and props for productions so this is a professional opinion as well as a DIYer who’s disabled!
I have a condition that is making building and assembling things very painful and this has been an absolute lifesaver!
It’s got plenty of power in highest setting and good limits on the other settings too. Battery lasts for ages and the mechanism locks so can be used manually to nip up tight after buzzing the screws in.
The tilt head is great too and also makes nipping up a lot easier as you can use it as a bit of a handle which with sore hands is actually much more useful than expected.
Build quality is great as you would expect and the fittings and feel of the driver, accessories and case all feel as good as my main brand tools that are famous for nothing but heavy duty and ‘zall’ for their products.

This should be in everyone’s tool box! The fact that the name “Skil” is synonymous with professional quality, it is an impressive tool for your box! It screws with such ease with the correct torque needed without over or under tightening! Saves second guessing that it’s tightly secure! Helps those who have arthritis too! ❤️

Appears to be solid construction. Works as expected. Good selection of bits. Can’t (yet) speak re long term reliability. Won’t replace a power driver … but adequate as a handy screwdriver for small jobs.

Not strong enough, stopping when pushing bit open a stuck screws. Good for basic type of screws. Price is high as per products use case.
