This alarm clock is absolutely wonderful and definitely worth it. At a glance, it has a large and clear display with dimmer control, can be set to 12h or 24h, has an adjustable alarm volume, and has two USB ports to charge miscellaneous devices.
We use it in our living room for our daughter to have an easy look at the time, it fits in fine with our TV shelf and does not look out of place. The display is large and very clear, it makes it extremely easy to read even from a distance and whether it is during the day or at night. The light bar at the top of the alarm clock serves as a nice night light if needed and stays on indefinitely. You can cycle through multiple colors and it can easily be turned off.
The clock features a dimmer switch, which allows changing the brightness of the front panel display. It also allows easy and instant changing between 12H or 24H display. Holding down the “SET TIME” button allows you to enable or disable Daylight Saving instead of having to manually adjust the hour yourself. When enabled, the letters “DST” will be displayed on the front panel for easy identification.
The actual alarm, while we do not make much use of, is fairly loud and can be adjusted between 3 volume settings: LOW, MED, and HIGH. The highest tone is fairly loud and should be of good use to anyone.

This clock has a nice, bright screen that is uncluttered by unnecessary information, so it’s easy to see the time at a glance, and the numbers are large enough to see at a distance.
It’s a bit too bright at night, and if dimmed, it’s too dim to see the numbers during the day. The different night light colours are a nice touch. The clock has a battery, so if the electricity goes off, you don’t lose the time or the alarm settings.
I first bought the clock over a year ago, but it turned out to be defective. When I contacted the manufacturer, they said it was sold (through Amazon) by an unauthorized seller, so they wouldn’t honour the warranty. However, they went above and beyond to help me out. They also responded very promptly to every message I sent. They suggested I follow up with Amazon for the refund, since Amazon allowed the product to be sold by an unauthorized seller, but did offer to replace the clock if Amazon didn’t come through. In the end, Amazon refunded me, and I bought a new clock, this time from the manufacturer (through Amazon). Their customer service was exceptional, and they continued to follow up with me to ensure I was satisfied with the new clock. The person I dealt with throughout the process, June, was amazing, and extremely helpful and pleasant. The kind of customer service she provided is rare.

This is my first return of Amazon purchase since I joined Amazon many years ago. To be honest, the clock looks nice, its very clean and minimalistic design, ability to change display brightness were the reasons why I decided to buy it. The manual instructions are very easy to understand, set up is not complicated at all. Unfortunately the control panel of the clock is not working and most likely not even connected to the buttons on the back of the device. The same issue with AAA batteries that should work as a power backup, installation of brand new batteries didn’t do a thing, display didn’t even turn on.
The clock only works as a static display of “28:88” while plugged in to a power outlet and nothing else, it has no lights on the “snooze” button, “set time” and “set alarm” buttons don’t work. I’m very dissatisfied with this purchase

Customer service representative was very helpful and offered me a full refund without need of returning the defective item. Thank you very much for your help. I will add two stars only because of great CS.

This alarm clock is excellent and very easy to use. The digital numbers are huge so even without glasses, you could see it across the room. The numbers can be dimmed which is a great feature to have. The 7 different coloured lights is a nice touch but if you want to turn it off, you will have to press it 7 times to do so on the large snooze button which also shares the light control. The lights are white, red, green, blue, light blue, yellow and purple. The light is bright but the red, green and blue are not as bright so it can be used as a night light. I do like the large snooze button which pauses the alarm for 9 to 10 mins each time and to turn it off, there is a red round button in the back and since it sticks out, it’s easy to do so without fumbling. When the alarm is turned on, there will be a “alm” on the lower right side showing the alarm is turned on. There is also an on and off button for the alarm which makes it convenient to turn off on the weekends if you want to sleep in. The time has “pm” on the upper left side to show it’s afternoons or evenings but no “am” for mornings. The minute and hour buttons are conveniently placed on the top of the alarm on each side of the snooze button. There is also two usb outlets in the back for plugging in your phone or tablet etc. which is super helpful if you don’t have as many electrical outlets in your bedroom. It’s a very nice compact small size alarm which doesn’t take up much space as it’s sleek and functional but only down side is no radio, just a beeping alarm which volume is adjustable low, medium and high. I am very pleased with this alarm and have been looking for one with all these features for quite some time and happy to have found it on Amazon without breaking the bank.

旅先のホテルで使用するために購入しました。コンパクトで、軽く持ち運びにも便利です。もう少し薄いといいかなぁ。常時電源が必要ですが、ケーブルも付属されているので、すぐに使用出来ます。デザインもオシャレで、ライトの色も簡単に変更出来るし。
文字の明るさの調整も裏のスライドスイッチで簡単に変更できます。文字も大きく夜間でも文字がしっかり見えて、とても良かったです。時間等の設定の数字の上下は本体上の左右の丸いボタンで行います。左が時間、右が分です。
裏面にUSB端子が2つ付いており、旅先のホテル等でコンセントが少ない場合でも。携帯の充電などに使え便利でした。耐久性はまだわかりません。
