I am giving 5 stars just for the magnet . It is extremely strong with a magsafe case. On the other side the suction part is not working at all. Not even in the plastic base provided with it. It’s always detaching over night or when the car is parked and getting heat inside. The arm is not long enough so if you have a truck like I do there is not to much room to play with the phone position or could not even reach outside of the dasboard to hold the phone. Arm mobility is also very linited at only 2 axes with no middle joint to compensate for odd positions. On a short story: good for a small car with flat dashboard or large screen and too expensive for what it offers!! It was a poor choice for me as a track owner.

While the built quality is good, its too bulky for my preference. For those like me that needs to fold it down every after usage, the arm is very stiff that opening its arm will cause the suction cup to disengage.

The 3M adhesive was not very sticky and would not hold the unit to my dash. I contacted the customer service and was immediately contacted back by Jade who sent me out a replacement! It may have been defective and will not prevent me from recommending this item to others. Great customer service! Thanks

If I could give less than one star I would. I really wanted to like this product. If you have a rough pebble design on your dash, this product absolutely will not work. I followed the installation instructions, left it on untouched for two days, and every time it would fall off while I’m driving. I also had to switch phone cases because I struggled getting my iPhone Pro Max to adhere to the magnet. But on my third attempt of a phone case, I finally found one that worked, sadly, I hate that phone case. This product does not work as shown. If you’re looking for real world usage, keep searching, because this is not the product for you. I wish wish wish I had returned it, but I was determined to make it work. Currently this item is a paperweight in my junk drawer.

My car has limited space to install a phone mount, the only space it has is near the glovebox in a downward slant, thus making gravity its most challenging aspect. I’ve tried other mounts, but they’ve inevitably failed. I got this mount a few weeks ago, so far it is holding firm, and the magnet is strong and keeping my phone in place even through bumpy roads. The magnet is also more practical than the usual claw types. I must say I am satisfied with this mount!
