This will only bring the background screen of my laptop onto my tv screen but does not bring up any new screens that I try to use (hp chromebook to old samsung tv). Purchased to be able to watch Netflix, Prime, etc. on my tv instead of just my laptop, but the cord is essentially useless despite being reviewed as fully functional for the same products. Tried several trouble shooting options and none have worked. Highly disappointed.
Edit: After seeing my disappointment with the product I was offered a new cord free of charge to try or a refund. I opted for a refund and it was given to me within 24 hrs. Seller stands by their products or returns your money. Very pleased with this.

I tried this to screen mirror my android phone to my projector.
Connected, then disconnected… over and over. Sometimes worked well, and then picture with no sound. It’s a very frustrating product to use. I do not recommend buying this.

Vraiment impressionné par ce câble USB‑C vers HDMI! Il fonctionne parfaitement avec les ports de mon Mac Mini M4 et de mon Mac Studio M4. La qualité est excellente, l’image est claire et stable, et j’ai été très surpris par la finition du câble. Il a vraiment l’apparence et la sensation d’un produit Apple.

Two of these HDMI to USB-C cables replaced older HDMI cables that were causing intermittent problems with two external monitors connected via a Microsoft Surface Dock 2 to a Microsoft Surface Pro for Business (ver. 11). The older HDMI cables had stopped working altogether, unless only one was plugged into the Dock at a time. Both external monitors are working again with a clean and stable signal. Very relieved that this inexpensive solution worked, as my next step was going to be replacing the MS Surface Dock at a cost of $300 – $400+.

I needed a cable to connect my Chromebook to an external moinitor and so far the setup was easy, as I had no big issues and technical difficulties, and overall it seems like it’s good quality.

Puisque ce n’est pas tout les téléviseurs qui sont intelligents, je cherchais à convertir l’image de mon IPhone sur un écran de télévision et ce fil fonctionne à merveille. Pour Android l’utilisation est un peu plus compliqué, mais très faisable. J’ai mis 4 étoiles puisque le fil me semble un peu lousse et lorsque je bouge trop le fil, je perds mon écran, mais elle revient d’elle même par la suite
