Absolutely love these rags! Such great quality and great for mopping up spills too! Soft and flexible when wet and clean great on the counters and when washing dishes! They do shrink a bit if you forget to pull them out and hang them before putting the rest of the load into the dryer๐คญ but doesnโt change the quality of them! Tried the Costco brand but not near the quality of these! These are my new go-toโs for the kitchen!

I know, right? You’re thinking “just how awesome can a dishcloth be?” But seriously, when it comes to dishcloths, these are the goods. Straight out of the package, they seem a little papery – vaguely reminiscent of the J-cloths of yore. But once moistened, they do a bang-up job of mopping up spills, wiping countertops, cleaning dishes, and even make a pretty good stand-in for paper towels – and much more sustainable to boot. I have granite countertops and have always hated the way my regular dishcloths leave smeary water-wiping-marks behind. These are absorbent enough that they don’t. They dry quickly, don’t smell, and size is just right. Big enough to get the job done, but small enough not to get all flappy and wet when I run water in the sink. Plus, they are not nearly as hideous looking as my old dishcloths, which over time have come to resemble bandages from the War of 1812. 10 out of 10. Would buy again.

At first glance, you’d think this cloth isn’t going to be big enough, but it’s the perfect size. When it’s wet, it thickens, but doesn’t expand in size otherwise. I wasn’t sure it would be good for wiping counters, but it’s the perfect size, just bigger than an adult hand and absorbs way more than a traditional cotton cloth and doesn’t leave streaks of water behind. Someone in the house tried wringing it out like a traditional cloth, (two hands twisting) and a corner piece ripped a tiny bit, but it’s still intact after two days. You only need one hand to squeeze out the water and it can absorb a pile more water again. It has just the right amount of abrasion to clean sticky messes like syrup, caked on flour from your counter, etc without using a lot of elbow grease. I even tried washing my sticky oatmeal pot with it, which I usually use an abrasive sponge for and it came clean without needing the sponge. I have had it for over a week and it doesn’t smell, which is very shocking. I usually hate wiping up onion with my cotton dishclothes, because they stink of onion till I wash them and even then, they still smell. I’ve wiped up onion juice and garlic with this cloth and still no smell and I haven’t washed them yet. My kids like it way better, as it’s a managable size for them and no two hand wringing. A huge bonus is that the packaging and product are compostable. I have yet to wash it, but it says that it can either be put in the dishwasher or washing machine. I often put my sponges in the dishwasher to clean them, so I will probably do the same. I will hang to dry, so they last longer.
I can’t wait to find other uses for them, maybe cleaning windows, mirrors, etc.

I have purchased these cloths twice now. So many good things to say. This cloth is super absorbent. It soaks up liquid as soon as it touches it. After squeezing the water out with just one hand, the cloth is not dripping as the other cloths I have had in past, it really does hold onto liquid and expands in thickness when wet. Cloth dries very fast and is big enough to clean dishes effectively. Over the period of a year, mine did not wear away. Occasionally they had been dried in the dryer, I soaked them in bleach to remove bad stains and no fading – my colourful patterned ones didn’t even fade or bleach out! I love using them and their being smaller than the typical cotton blend dish cloth is no longer a concern for me as they work so well.

if you’re going to buy Swedish dishcloths, this is the one to buy. It’s absolutely great, for you and the planet, holds up for a LONG time, absorbs so much, cleans so well. My order, which arrived today but I couldn’t find, had been tucked into my old mailbox, which I never look into. NO Amazon delivery I’ve ever had has been put there. The photo didn’t really look like our box, but I guess it was the angle. I had advised that the order was delivered to the wrong address —- AND THEN decided to check the mailbox! I don’t know how to notify Amazon that it was indeed delivered rightly.

I love these! They last sooo long and are environmentally good and breaks down. I cant stand the feeling of micro fiber on my hands so i love using these instead.
