I recently purchased the Vileda ProMist MAX Microfibre Spray Mop and I am extremely happy with my purchase. This mop has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and convenience.

Attention Bachelors! THIS IS THE PLAY!
I’ve used crappy old-school mops and most recently the swiffer wetjet. They get the job done but what a hassle and in the case of the wetjet. SO FRIGGEN EXPENSIVE! This Vileda is so good. No batteries, no dumb refill bottles or pads that get gross after 20 feet and just make mud throughout the place after that first 20 feet.
I have 1000 square foot apartment. Only about half of it is hardwood but i just used the mop for the first time and my floors are super clean. Only used like maybe 3 oz of cleaner. The spray is perfectly aimed and spread so you don’t have to hammer on the trigger to get it to put the right amount down. I can wash the pad in the washing machine and don’t have to worry about running out of pads before a lady comes over making me wash the floors with a towel like a caveman. My ONLY gripe is that the handle isn’t telescoping so it’s a bit short for me. I’m only 5’9″ so if you’re 6ft+ you might not be much a fan. Other than that minor inconvenience It’s just so good. Good enough for me to take the time to write a review about a mop. GET THIS ONE!

I’ve been using this for 2 1/2 weeks, and in half or more of that time, the mist feature does not work. Nothing comes out, or it comes out in little blobs, certainly not what I would call a spray mist. My floors are generally clean as I live alone and do not wear shoes in my home. I am using this to clean my relatively new linoleum floor in my kitchen. Has anybody wiped their floors after using this????!!!!!???? Let me tell you, I have done it every time I’ve used this, and my white rag shows dirt, and when I did my white rag test before washing the floor as well as after-it looked the exact same. It’s like I never washed the floor at all. Try it, the proof is in doing this test yourself.
I wash my floors twice a week, with usually a mop and bucket (once in a while down on my knees for a more thorough clean), using a microfibre mop head. When I wipe the floors after using that, they come up perfectly clean when I do the white rag test. I was hoping to find an easier solution than lugging around a bucket of water-but with this mop all I’m getting is it moving the dirt around, and hardly any showing on the pad. And I am using good pressure. Not only is this very cheaply made, in part because the sprayer does not work half of the time, but it leaves your floors in pretty much the same condition before they were cleaned. I threw mine in the garbage, sadly. It wasn’t even worth keeping for touchups because it really does not clean floors at all, let alone properly. Vileda will have to do better than this to beat the simple mop and bucket, and I certainly hope their mop and buckets work better than this piece of junk. And it will just be something else unnecessarily cluttering up our burgeoning landfills, because if you do your homework you’ll see that plenty of people throw these in the trash not very long after buying them.

Love this mop, ive been using this exact one for years at my parents house, and now that I’m moving into my own place, this was the exact mop I chose to get for myself.
The fact that I dont have to go and buy hundreds of dollars worth of new pads or mop heads and I could just go chuck the damn thing in the washer was what sold it for me originally.
It’s the perfect ease of use mop, and has worked for our family of four for many good years.
The reviews saying that it leaves your floor dirty, are probably coming from people who don’t use proper/good soap. I genuinely laughed at those, a poor workman blames his tools. 🤷🏻♀️ it cleans, it’s easy to store, and you dont have to waste money on little velcro on wipes and contribute to our landfills even more. It’s absolutely more than worth the $30 I spent on it. 🙂

My wife bought his after seeing one at her Auntie’s house over Christmas. She loves it because it’s so much easier to clean and wax our downstairs hardwood floors compared to mopping it and then applying the wax. Hapy wife. Hapy life!!
