I bought this because I recently heard a glowing report on BBC radio in an interview with a UK manufacturer that specialise in garment steamers.
The main selling point for me is that using a garment steamer can extend the interval between clothes machine washing , thereby reducing the frequency of machine washing and therefore reducing electricity bill.

Overall, I’m happy with this steamer. It heats up quickly and works great on most clothes. The only downside is that it doesn’t really smooth out thicker or more tightly woven fabrics very well.

I purchased this steamer in 2023 and expected it to last much longer than it did. Recently, it completely stopped producing steam. When I turn it on, the unit makes a constant noise (likely the motor or pump), but no steam comes out at all.
I contacted customer support and followed all the troubleshooting steps they provided (checking the hose, tapping the unit, locking the steam button, blowing air into the water inlet), but nothing resolved the issue.
The seller offered me a 30% discount, which I do not find satisfactory for a product that should reasonably last more than two years. A steamer is not a disposable item, and durability should be better.
Disappointed with the longevity of the product. I would not repurchase based on this experience.

Excelente producto, Funciona muy bien.
Es muy fácil de usar ya cuando le agarras el truco, el deposito de agua alcanza para planchar 3 playeras seguidas o 2 pantalones de mezclilla. Recomiendo dejar que salga un poco de vapor antes de planchar la ropa, ya que a veces llega a soltar algunas gotas de agua.
Lo malo es la jarra del agua, no tiene una medida exacta para dejar el deposito lleno, también recomiendo usar un embudo pequeño para llenar el deposito, ya que no lo puedes dejar parado y el sello aveces estorba al llenar.

This Beautral Handheld steamer is great product for achieving wrinkle free,tidy looking clothes. Its very lightweight,easy to use and gets the job done well. While ironing one needs to take the material wash and care instructions into account to avoid damaging or ruin the clothes.This steamer solves that problem because it can be used on practically all types of clothing materials(be it lululemon shirts which sometimes require no ironing or silk).
The product comes with handheld steamer which has a water compartment at the base,a measuring cup to fill in water,three additional attachments(one for pressing with crease in cuffs in shirts or pleats in skirts, second one with red lint padding for removing any lint, and third with a brush to remove any dust or thread)
Pros: 1)Easy to use,lightweight,gets the job done very well.
2) Heats up within 30 seconds and produces continuous steam.
3) Very lightweight and portable. So this can be used during travel as well.
Cons:
1) Since the water tank is small, after steaming 5 to 6 clothes need to refill water. When doing many clothes at a time, this becomes a problem.
2) A continuous toy boat motor sound can be heard. This sound becomes more pronounced when the water is running out.
3) Sometimes it spills a little water.
4) Although the product can be used like a traditional iron I wont recommend using it in that angle as sometimes the steam flow is not so great in that position. So its better to hang clothes and steam them.
Overall I like the product and recommend it.
