**** Updated review (will leave my original negative review attached) Wow! This works! I was worried because when the original clock arrive it did not turn on and when my husband looked he saw a lot of the 1 star reviews were saying the clock didn’t turn on and the customer service was terrible so I was worried. BUT I reached out to the company and had a troubleshooting reply within a day! After the next message showing a video that it didn’t work they assured me they would send a replacement which I received within 3-5 business days. Very satisfied! I usually don’t listen to negative reviews because I know people who leave negative reviews are usually Karens and I regret listening to these ones. Customer service was 10/10, they didn’t make me jump through hoops to get it replaced, they didn’t just offer a refund for me to send it back, nothing excessive! If you receive a clock that doesn’t work PLEASE reach out! They were fantastic! My new clock works perfect, my daughter has been waking up early since the time change in the fall and it’s just gotten earlier and earlier, now most days it’s 530 she’s awake. With this clock IMMEDIATELY she started getting out of bed after the “sun comes up” and comes to our room to tell us! 10/10 amazing, what a change!
**past review**Would give a 0 star since it doesn’t work 🤷🏻♀️ I bought this because of what I though we’re good reviews but my husband went through them after ours showed up and didn’t even turn on and saw it is common that it doesn’t work and that customer support is basically none existent. Wish I knew before I purchased.

Très beau réveil, mon 2ème car le premier a rendu l’âme. Très simple d’utilisation pour le régler une fois que l’on a compris la notice. J’attends juste une petite information du vendeur concernant un réglage, la veilleuse se met toute seule le soir, je pense à l’heure de la lune et ne s’éteint pas seule. Soit un bug, soit un réglage mais que je trouve pas. Sinon je recommande ce réveil.

I bought the old version for my son and really liked it, so bought this new version for my daughter, and I can say that this version is much worse the old version.
In this version they completely took out the alarm function, so instead, the “sun” function must be used if the alarm wants to be set for nap time (In the old version there were 3 options -alarm, sun and moon). There is also no option to deactivate the red light associated with the “moon” function, so every night the red light turns on, which is incredibly annoying. For some reason along with the moon function, the backlight dims, which also can’t be changed. So literally every single night, I have to manually turn off the red light and increase the backlight when the moon function activates. The old version is worth the extra money.

Réveil simple d’utilisation et de programmation. Les lumières, musiques sont agréables. On peut régler l’intensité/le volume et c’est parfois. La lumière est douce et agréable et il y a plusieurs possibilités. Les musiques et sons sont doux. Le design est simple et joli, tout comme les illustrations. Les enfants ont de suite compris le principe et l’objectif de cet achat est déjà atteint. Je recommande !

Exactly what we needed. Love the clear color changes as well as the sun and moon. Works great for my 3 and 4 year old kid’s who now know if it’s still red, they stay in bed.

Very nice and easy to set-up alarm. Our son adores it. Small issue with power supply was solved immediately by customer service. Great compliment! Recommended purchase.

My 7 year old still needs a gentle reminder when it’s okay to get up and when it’s time for bed. This does the job without looking babyish. Several nice melodies to fall asleep to. He changes the colors to his mood, or the soft white to read in bed.
So far my main complaint is that the power cord died. Easy enough to replace a usb to c cord, but mildly annoying to stop the bedtime routine in order to ransack the house for a spare cord.
I also wish it had a back up battery for power outage or momentary disconnects. Its irritating to have to reset everything, even though that only take 5 minutes to do.

My daughter loved it. Could pick her favourite colour and enjoys the “go to sleep” lullaby. The cord became loose or I guess possibly bent from being flipped over every night to turn her lullaby song on. They have two buttons on the top and the rest are on the bottom. If you need music for your LO pick a different light with the button on the top otherwise I’m sure your cord will stop working at some point as well.

This clock was great worked for about a year then quit working. I will be ordering again as it has great music options sun and moon alarms. Kept my kid in bed, till the time set on it for the sun to come up. I’m not sure if my kid knocked it off the table and that’s why it broke.. picture of before what it looked like on. Now the clock face is not working. Just a bit pricey for it to not be working now.

My son loves this clock. It is easy to use and the sun and moon icons are cute. We also have the light on all night as a night light. The brightness and colour are adjustable. The different musical sounds are nice as well. We used it for a few months and the display started flickering, which I thought was due to the cable. I was sent a new cable but a few months later it happened again and at that time I was sent another new cable. When I received it, I realized it wasn’t actually the cable, but the clock itself. Since it was still under a warranty, we were sent a replacement, which we’ve had no issues with. The company is really committed to providing excellent customer service. Bravo!
